Yes! Our juices and shots are USDA Organic Certified.
Our juices and shots can be stored at room temperature until they are opened. After opening, they must be refrigerated. We do recommend that you refrigerate our products for at least two hours before opening them for maximum enjoyment!
The best way to know when your products will expire is to check the cap on each bottle for the expiration date. Once a bottle is opened, the juice will remain fresh for only a few days if refrigerated (see bottle for specific instructions). Of course, if there is any damage to the bottle or the cap is popped, please do not consume.
Most of our customers drink AllWellO as a part of their balanced healthy diet. Some customers love drinking AllWellO as a grab-and-go breakfast option at the beginning of the day or as a pick-me-up snack in the afternoon. If you are considering replacing a meal with our product, we recommend that you consult this with your physician to make the most informed choice for you.
Our juices are flash pasteurized to destroy spoilage enzymes while retaining high nutritional content.
No. Our juices are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration during shipping. However, we do recommend that you refrigerate our products for at least two hours before opening them for maximum enjoyment!
One of our priorities at AllWellO is caring for the earth. That is why our juices and shots come in glass bottles. Our boxes and bottles are recyclable and the packaging peanuts we use are biodegradable. Though bubble wrap is recyclable, most curbside recycling programs do not currently accept bubble wrap. You can find a drop-off location for the bubble wrap as well as any plastic bags and film here. We are always working towards finding better packaging solutions to make our products as environmentally friendly as possible.
Though we do our best to package our juices and shots as securely as possible, sometimes they get damaged during transit. If this happens to you, please take a photo of the damaged product and email our customer service team which will be glad to assist you with a replacement after review.
We ship within the continental US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Our customer service team will gladly make changes to orders up to 24 hours after they are placed. After 24 hours, we are unable to make any modifications to the items ordered.
The average transit time for our orders is five to ten days, but many orders arrive faster than that. The best way to stay informed about your upcoming delivery is by tracking your order using the tracking information provided in your shipping notification email.
We try our best to ship orders within 48 hours after they are received during workdays. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
In most cases, you do not need to be home to receive your AllWellO delivery and we do not require a signature. However, each carrier has their own policy regarding leaving packages and it is ultimately up to the delivery person’s discretion. Our juices and shots do not require refrigeration immediately upon delivery.
